How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Milan, Italy. Standard delivery: Italy 2–3 business days, EU 3–5 business days, UK 4–6 business days, US and Canada 5–8 business days, UAE and Middle East 5–8 business days, Australia and New Zealand 7–10 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen delivery method. We offer standard and express options. Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over €500. For orders under €500, standard EU shipping starts from €9.90.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached. Swimwear must have the protective hygiene liner intact. To start a return, email info@worldvestium.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, we are happy to help with size exchanges subject to availability. Email info@worldvestium.com with your order number and the size you need. We will confirm availability and arrange the exchange promptly.

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. World Vestium works directly with each designer. Every piece is sourced from the brand’s official production and ships with original labels and tags. We guarantee 100% authenticity on every item.
How do you select your designers?
Our founders Aracelli and Valeria personally curate every designer on the platform. We look for strong creative DNA, exceptional craftsmanship, sustainable practices and a unique point of view. Every piece on our site has been seen and selected in person.
How should I care for my garments?
Care varies by fabric. As a general guide: hand wash or use a delicate machine cycle in cool water, lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight, and store knitwear and crochet pieces folded rather than hung. Always check the care label on your garment for specific instructions.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All World Vestium orders are thoughtfully packaged in our signature sustainable packaging. If you would like special gift wrapping or a personalised note, mention it in the order notes at checkout or email us at info@worldvestium.com and we will take care of it.

World Vestium is based in Milan, Italy, where all online orders are fulfilled. We also have a physical boutique in Distrito Perseverancia, Asunción, Paraguay.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Milan, Italy. We deliver to Europe, the UK, North America, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and more. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes.

How do I track my order?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@worldvestium.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
