We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless the protective liner is intact)
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces
- Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@worldvestium.com with the subject line "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE". Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.
- Receive your return authorisation. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the shipping address.
- Ship the item back. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a tracked delivery service.
- Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line, and specify the item and size you would like instead.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
