Delivery times are estimates and begin from the moment your order is dispatched. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically processed the same day.

Shipping Costs

Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders over €500.

For orders under €500, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service. Standard shipping within the EU typically starts from €9.90.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via T.W.S express courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union include all applicable VAT. No additional charges will apply.

For destinations outside the EU (including the UK, US, UAE, Australia, and others), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
