RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At World Vestium, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Email info@worldvestium.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges for a different size, subject to availability. Contact info@worldvestium.com and we'll arrange it for you.
FINAL SALE
Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@worldvestium.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
