Shipping & Delivery

Note: International shipping costs vary and may not include VAT and duties, which may be collected by the local authorities. VAT and duties are the buyer's responsibility. For more information on VAT and duty charges, please contact the relevant authorities in your country.


If the recipient refuses to pay taxes and duties, the goods will be returned to the sender. World Vestium will refund the amount paid.

To minimize environmental impact, we use sustainable packaging and avoid excessive boxes that could contribute to resource waste and generate unnecessary waste.

Our shipments are handled by T.W.S express courier, and we deliver within approximately 1 to 4 days from the order.

Free shipping is obtainable reaching certain amount of order value; this can vary according to the destination of the shipment.

Return Or Exchange

Return Procedures

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@worldvestium.com with "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject line. Include your name and order number and explain the reason for the return.
  2. If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the package. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Return requests submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment of product will be accepted. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who is eligible for a return? To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Products must not have been used nor returned without their tag. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase you received via email. Please have into consideration that SALE items are not eligible for return.

Received a damaged product? Please check your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if the product is not in perfect conditions or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Some types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Contact us at info@worldvestium.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
